Amazing concert, Sat, after Burn - anyone know the group?

I saw a really great performance on Saturday night after the Burn, at esplanade and 4:30. It was a group of guys in funky clothes and clownish makeup, with a girl doing back-up pantomime and movement. (She was blonde and had clownish face makeup as well, and I think striped socks with garters - i think.) Does anyone know the name of the group?? They were awesome and I can't remember!! There were some fire dancers/eaters that performed after the group. Thanks for helping!!

They were a typical band, with guitar, bass, drums and maybe a horn or something. But they had clown-like makeup and clothing, and a girl doing pantomime/dance moves to their music. She stood on the right side of the stage and was great. She had big false eyelashes on, and also clown-like makeup. I remember them doing an Enigma song, I believe....
