post link in admin only threads

the announcements thread has a "post reply" linnk at the bottom of the page.

clicking on that link brings up a page telling you that you can't post to that thread.

wouldn't it be simpler to just not put the link there in the first place?

Hmmm...that link should definitely not appear within any locked forum. I'll check it out.
