There's a phrase I've seen applied online, and it fits your post like a glove: "trumping up a complaint". You know damned well that this article had not fallen especially far when I responded to it, and you know equally damned well that my reasons for responding had nothing to do with a desire to keep it from falling. But you act "as if", and hope to find users suggestible enough to believe otherwise, and at the same time, unobservant enough to take no notice of the fact that your own complaint could be applied to your own post with equal force.

You could have expressed this concern by private messaging, which wouldn't have bounced this article back to the top; how interesting that you didn't. Now, how about if you take your power playing, netcop wannabee ass, and haul it the fuck out of my day, if that wouldn't be too much trouble, kind sir.
