The Lost Penguin Cafe is looking for acts for our stage.

We have a wonderful cafe on the Esplanade at 4:45. We have comfortable couches and serve wine and chocolate to our patrons. If your entertainment is suited to soothe the masses or rip them out of their complacency then we are looking for you!

Bands, performance art, comedy, burlesque, musicals - anything that will wow them is fine by us. We are booking spots from Tuesday through Saturday from 9-11pm. After that is asshole theatre where the general public rules the microphone for spoken word, song, dance, seltzer in your pants – whatever.

The tech low-down. We have an 8 channel PA, two SM52 mikes w/stands and a nice weighted keyboard (repaired since last year) we will also have a CD player. If you bring your own XLR, RCA or ¼ inch cable you can connect anything into our PA and lay down your entertainment.
