Hi
My name is Avatar and I will be travelling from London to the Burning Man event with My friend Jaz from London UK
I have never been to the USA let alone Burning Man
At the moment we have tickets , flights being organised London - San Fran Fri 24 Aug - Leaving Tue 4 Sep
What we need is
Hook up with people that already have transportation / share costs / experiences etc
advice on transportation
All help will be greatly appreciated

Hi, and welcome to ePlaya! First of all, make sure you both read the first timer's guide and the survival guide. Second, if you're looking to ride with others then definitely post on the rideshare board and check out the Share Resources board. Surf around, check out the boards - lots of great info and people around here. Good luck with your plans, hope to see you out there!

Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.

Rideshare!....check BM website for all available resources and connect with other through this board and FB pages. You'll find what you're seeking. The playa provides.
