An enemy of moop is a friend of mine. Let's hope that your campaign is successful. So are you and your ilk going to hold impromptu inspections of other camps? What would my camp get for doing things right? Are you going to have some sort of plaques made up for those who are moop conscience?

I was thinking little trophies with some sort of little plaque on it actually. That is one of the plans that I had in mind, but one of the most important aspects of this are going to be the Boa hunting expeditions... I envision a couple small bands of dedicated lunatics armed with bullhorns hunting and chasing Boas across the Playa. I feel that any person who wears a feather anything at BM deserves to be announced on a bullhorn - "Attention! Attention! Just to make it perfectly clear - this person is" and then in unison - "DOING IT WRONG!!!" and then everyone laugh maniacally and point....

You know my dear MOOP czar, you are starting to sound like to old people that live at my mother's condo complex in Florida. They love their rules and spend their entire day sticking their wrinkled old noses in everyone's business trying to find an infraction. If they see another resident eating a grape at the pool, it's cause to call security and report their neighbor. This is also the same thing that happens with very young kid's in kindergarten.

I use the shame method..

When I first started mooping the city I rode a ugly trike..
It was very tall and hard for me to get on and off..I would stop in fromt of a messy camp.. Then there was the struggle to dismount and get my cane, graber abd plastic bag.. Didn't have to pick much up.. The shame factor would bring the whole camp out to help..

Now I moop with a walker.. Have added doggy pooper scooper and for this year a mini rake and dust pan.. So with a walker, two canes, a graber, pooper scooper, mini rake and dust pan I will get miles out of the shame factor..
