I am an ordained minister and did some research in the past in case the occasion presented itself that I might perform a wedding on the playa. In order for a marriage at Burning Man to be official, the officiator must be registered in the county that the wedding takes place in, according to Nevada law. Black Rock Desert is in Washoe, Pershing, and Humboldt counties. I'm not certain which county Burning Man actually takes place in, but I think it is Pershing.

Although, I think you should go before deciding to get married there. In some ways it's a poor place for a wedding.
