Hey everyone I am Poje. This will be my first year to the playa and i am more excited then ever.

I heard about BM when i was 12 or so on TV and it seemed like the place that i had to be.....but being 12 it wasnt really feasable. Years past and over time i forgot about the dream that was BM. Then last year...around april, i met some fire spinners, i saw this guy doing staff and thought "I have to do this" later in the night they asked about BM and a spark was ignited in my head.."I REMEMBER BM!!!" unfrtunatly i felt like there was too little time to prep for the 07 burn and focused on going in 08.

That time is now and i have been prepping seriously since about oct of 07. I feel I am fairly well prepared and only have a few more things to get.....maybe another 100 dollars or so.

Look forward to the burn.....oh and playa names.....i've heard you give yourself a playa name and i've heard that they are given to you...any insight?

with a name like Poje,...your playa name should be something like,...Steve or John...

search your soul during the event.
I never discovered my playa name til just before my 3rd time out but it was right in front of my face my whole life.

I've never had a playa name, and I know lots of people that never do. That's totally up to you. I definitely wouldn't stress over it.
