Lost: white belt with red LED scrolling text belt buckle

I am sooo sad... I lost my favorite birthday present, a white leather belt with a rectangular belt buckle that has a bunch of red LEDs that scroll text messages in a silver frame.

It dropped off my body sometime on Friday night. Please please please, if you found any such item, I will be eternally grateful if you would return it.
