Just an excuse.
My friend is a better shot from the hip than I am with a scope.
He only quit chasing them out of boredom.
They went by a lot of cops.
The police say they would have noticed anything like that.
They didn't call the police.
Ever.
I did.

I would have suspected a stolen car, but it wasn't.
I am going to try to match their "art" to other locations.
This may be a serious problem for them, especially if neighborhood groups show up that have been waging a war against gang graffiti.
If they wanted to be famous....
