Art Horses (Seated Easels) In Center Camp

Our camp has created a dozen sturdy, safe art horses to share at Center Camp this year. Our idea is to arrange them in a circle, provide drawing boards, and let people self-organize for modeling and drawing. Who do we contact about permission to bring the horses in?

Art horses are h-shaped benches (one end has a back). You sit straddling the bench and facing the back with your drawing board leaning against it.
