Emergency Music Request ~ Sublet soundsystem & camp for

I'm in need of advice/help please.

I'm part of a worldwide ONLINE Community that has existed now for about 15 years. It was loosely based around the 90's british "ambient house" band The Orb (little fluffy clouds, huge ever growing brain...., etc).
I've managed to persuade a couple of old band members and (hopefully) the creater of the community to attend this years BM. Basically the idea is for an interactive mixing session between some of the musicians from the community and the two band members. I also have a well know VJ to provide some video images and color. Just a bit of creative fun for a couple of hours, because I suspect the guys are there to relax and not put on a performance.
I don't think that there is enough interest to set up a permanent theme camp, so I was wondering:

1) Does anyone know of any Theme Camps with a good sound system that would allow me to share costs for taking over/sharing their area for just 2 or 3 hours around sunset on Friday 2nd September?

or,

2) If I were to set up (a yet to be aquired) sound system, lighting and generator on the Playa, for this same evening would it be a problem? It would probably be about 1/2 way between the theme camps and the man, would this break any BM rules/upset anyone/

Of course anyone is welcome to attend either location.

Any advice please, I'm new to doing this sort of thing?
