StarLust Lounge needs a golf cart

I keep missing out on Craig's List for an affordable(under$400) golf cart. We're trying to get a StarLust Express going this year. We need a cart to put the bar on and deliver the party to the masses. If anybody has one or knows of a possibility, drop a line, thanks so much!
