where do you get live wire?

i have looked and looked for this small tube lights that i see on lots of mutant vehicles and i have run out of ideas. if you know where i can get it , it would be a big help!!!!!

If you need Instant Gratification, (and are handy enough electrically to wire a battery box to a strand of EL) check Pep Boys or other purveyors of automotive gewgaws....Yank off the 12V plug and fasten to a 12V battery pack. Presto! Usually more expensive than online, but sometimes you hit a closeout....It's starting to show up in the bike departments of bigbox retailers now, too.
