One (1) NYC area $250 ticket for sale (semi-negotiable)

Sadly I can no longer go this year so my ticket is for sale. I paid the last minute $250 plus extra for certified mail delivery so the total cost to me was $263. I'm in NYC area for hand-off delivery or I'm happy to Fedex it to you overnight for no extra charge.

I'm asking $250.

I do not have the ticket in my hand yet. I'm awaiting its delivery. However the money that paid for it has been taken out of the bank account already by BM, so it's on the way.
