Lucky me. I am sitting here going through my 2004 Burningman footage, I'm at the burn now. I still have another tape (60 min) to go of the temple burn and then the exit. I'm thinking maybe a documentary type edit and maybe some narration or maybe some poetry read as voice over. It's amazing the intricate weaving assorted flavors of wafting music intermixed with conversations going on that you would only hear at burningman constantly ebbing in and out in the background. It so unique, that you almost don't need any soundtrack music or fill.

Good news! In response to the huge outcry over the cancellation of BM2005, BMORG has relented and agreed to hold it in 2007.

The BLM has already decided not to renew BM's permit for 2007. That's why they haven't updated their webpage since putting it back online, they can claim the email links are bad and not have to deal with the onslaught of protest emails. Wait for the updated website, it's coming soon.

It's worse even than that. Secret documents recently smuggled out of the BLM office reveal a conspiracy to close off all public lands in Nevada to all nongovernmental ground traffic in 2007, along with access to all roads passing through those lands.

Donations to keep the Reno and Las Vegas airlifts going will be greatly appreciated. Just keeping the casino buffets stocked alone will require the efforts of several carriers and time is short.
