Looking for couple-8:30(?) & Esplanade;had art car bar

Looking for couple staying at 8:30(?) & esplanade. Their camp had wooden structure that looked vaguely like a asian temple and had an art car that was a bar. Met while they were bartending and they stoked us out and can't remember their name now. He's tall, dark hair, and was wearing a felt top hat. She had blond braids(Christine?). From SoCal, I think. Was the first night the swing got broken in. Any help would be great.
