Thousands of people were wandering aimlessly around. To find themselves, or express themselves, I'm told.

I have to wonder why the writer is so offended by this?

There seems to be something for everybody at Burning Man. He can start a Christianity Camp if he wants.

Is there such a thing?

The first I ever heard of the burning man festival was when i was wandering around websites of religious fanatics.
I don't think it was the same one though.
The line I remember distinctly was him saying that people at burning man were "literally celebrating that they are going to hell."

I then decided to look up the festival for real! I can't even remember how long ago that was maybe 5-10 years ago.

I heard that there was a Christian camp back before 2005 or so.... And anyway... I see BM as the biggest Christian event that's out there... Most Christians can't do Christianity properly... something like how Elvis impersonators miss the essence of The King, and Trekkies don't look like that they could hold their water on the bridge of the USS Enterprise.
