Was the Starbucks vandalized or deliberately changed?

Out in front of about 7 o'clock somebody put up a little Starbuck's kiosk. Looked nice an authentic, a nice satire.

Later in the week, it was changed to "$tarfuck$". Did the artist do that, or was it a vandal? It got burnt on the community burn pile on Saturday as I recall.

Sounds like a rehash of one of the old HellCo props from a few years back.
