No. Are you sure you have the right address? The people who ran Burning Bush...Well, it was years ago, and there have been upheavals. I don't know that they wanted to hold on to the website, and it looks like th. Perhaps you could ask the BLM.

Edited to add: There's always the possibility that those documents exist elsewhere on the net and you could find them with good search terms and a little patience.
