I personally don't think it matters much how the name begins. For me the whole endeavor is ridiculous/awesome/trivial/profound/irrelevant/other... *shrug*

That's not a playa name- that's been his drag name for... uh... 8 or 9 years, I think. Last year was his virgin year on the playa. (It's actually Suppositori)

@Eric yeah that's true, I was gonna hyphenate it and forgot thanks though. I figure it would be a good playa name, you probably know of Anaconda and Foxycontin as well which are pretty rad names too.

@Ygmir just to be clear in my opinion ludicrous = awesome! :D As an example I don't know what the actual name is of the giant rubber ducky mutant vehicle with a flaming mohawk and lasers shooting out of it's eyes is but it's completely ludicrous and totally awesome!

You're right, a lot of the drag names would make good playa names, but let the Burners come up with them on their own! No need to take 'em from the queens directly.

That's cool... I was just thinking of names that got a laugh and that one was a gut buster, it was actually told to me from Bethamphetamine if you know her. Point taken though if a "burner" used one of those names it would be kinda lame unless it was a coincidence. And again it was my bad not to mention it was an established tranny name already spoken for and I did know that fact, ewps.

I noticed it seems most of the good old places got all... I dunno, serious. Boring. Str8-laced. Hell, I stopped hanging out at the Lex when I walked in and got the "I don't fucking belong here anymore" feeling - never mind it was a hangout for quite a while - I was dolled up from coming from a job interview (which I aced, BTW)... since I wasn't part of the "flannel-and-boot" crowd or the "boi bunch", it was like, what are YOU doing here??? Bleah. Oh, the prices went thru the roof. Not fun no more.

And I won't talk about the Kimo's travesty... used to pop in for drinks when we lived on that side of the bay and were in the gulch (usually for Fish and Chips or Field's books), it was like a big ol' family reunion... But it went flat... no charisma, no character, turned into a tourist hangout. Ugh.

And for those who know not of what I speak... I feel sorry for you that you missed the golden age.
