Nope. Burning Glow Man is not Burning Man. Lots of ebayers use this tactic to get around the trademark restrictions.
I'm too jaded to think up a good sig-line. Need more coffee.

They can't use it in the auction title, but if it is used in a description, then no action is taken. Just don't buy from them.

...and by the way Erbal, AntiM is about as official as it gets on this board - she is a volunteer Moderator of Eplaya. One of her jobs is to help monitor the board for commerce postings that violate the ToS (terms of service) - so she should know what she is talking about...

Its also an EBAY UK posting. copyright extends there, but is harder to enforce.

Sorry, I didn't mean that to come across as though I was questioning AntiM in any way :s ... like I said, if it's cool it's cool ... I only just lost my virginity the other year, so I'm still learning how it all works
