I don't think Child Porn is right in any way. If you call taking pictures of little kids with or without them knowing ART then you are mistaken. Then again, what we call underage here in America is different then say what they think in other countrys. America has very strict laws against anyone under the age of 18 being photographed nude, or smoking, or anyone under 21 drinking. They also outlaw drugs that are only being used personally and not affecting anyone else. In other countrys the age is 16 and over for nude photography, same with alcohol consumtion, 21 here, 16 in other countrys. Im still not saying taking pictures of kids is right, especially not if they are say 12 or 14. So you know what, FUCK all you PEDOs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , besides how the hell can you sell that crap? Thats not art!!!!!!! It's legal to take photos of whatever you want from public land. Therefore if you are on the streets of BRC you are fair game-- regardless of age. If you have a problem with people looking, taking video and/or pictures, don't go naked. If you have a problem with people doing the same to your kids, don't let your kids go naked. It's that simple.

I actually thought BM was different, in that, for instance, one can't take a photo of the art and sell it or publish it in a way that compromises BM copyrights. So, is BM truly public land? Or maybe this isn't the correct question. If gross-icky guy wants to take a photo and use it for his "personal" use all is fine. Not fine, however, if he plans to resell it in some fashion or expose it to a large audience without first getting permission. I think a person's body is a right of that person and a photographer -- by all means -- must get permission to reproduce the image or show it to the public in any way.
