well, the testing went about 80% good........
draft seems to work well (should be better when it has 8" pipe instead of 6"), all mechanics worked and things fit and aligned.......but the ovens seem not to get very hot, only up to 200 deg. and, though there is a 1.5" hole, top and bottom, of smoker, it seems the smoke is not "drafting" through.........so gotta figure that.

ah but it is Saturday night!!!
