Dr. Pyro wrote:The good news today is that oil dropped to $81.72/barrel, down $2.38 (2.8%). Since May 3 oil is down from a high of $105.59 for a drop of $23.87, down 22.6%.
The bad news is here in California the average price per gallon remains around $4.08, a drop of only 16 cents (3.7%). Now, would somebody care to enlighten me why we should keep the current crop of charlatans in Sacramento?

The bad news is my car will need to be replaced soon.
The good news is I work at a dealership.
The bad news is they don't pay me enough to buy what we sell without wiping out my BM savings+trade in value.
The good news is my credit is decent so I could qualify for financing or loans.
The bad news is I already have (thankfully low) five figure student loan debt in repayment.
The good news is if I get that ticket I will be coming home, some way, some how.

I hated the best job I ever had, for the first 2-3 weeks. Maybe you'll luck out.

Nahh... I could almost do this job in my sleep. It's just that the it's demeaning, offensive, and frustration. My blood pressure, which is normally high will probably go through the roof again like it did a couple of years ago.

There are stores now that sell tires and spark-plugs and all the other consumable parts of a car.
