There is a geocache hidden about five miles away titled Beaver Country. The description is "Watch your footing. It's along the Truckee River. We got the name from the nearby beaver houses." Most people make some sort of comment like "We didn't see any beavers or beaver dams." What they missed is the local brothel they passed to and from the cache.

I really want to make like 1000 bumper stickers that say "I Brake For No Reason" or "I Can't Drive Worth Shit" and just stick them on every car I see. I swear nobody knows how to drive in this country. :roll:

I won't do that. Some people ::coughs me:: would hunt you down if you put a bumper sticker on their car. She may not be a beauty but if anyone is going to deface her, its going to be me.

Oh yeah - I tend to get more than snippy if anyone even puts a paper under my windshield wiper.

Don't confuse Arcata with the rest of the country. I am an HSU alum and was shocked at how badly people drove in that town.
