Just so you know, She actually impresses the shit outta me and those that are surrounding her, blow many out of the water.
Killer engineers of all sorts and just a genuine plethora of great, smart people surrounding her.

Shit, a Ph.D. from Yale?

No easy feat.

Did I mention a shit load of killer Burners also?

Meeting/knowing her personally, she is quite intelligent. I dont underestimate her.

Maybe that will change, My opinion about her, but I dont think so.

I know i have posted this in this thread before but the website of late we are working on, the private site, is better than , BM, eplaya and tribe and all others combined. Great equipment.

It is really the shits. I am, we all are really learning a ton of things from each other.

Got the chat, forum, graphics, people, and youtube better than youtube combined and gets better every minute we all work on it.
The best team corporate or other wise and killer music to work by.

Live broadcasting on all platforms including Mac and Linux and Windows. Unix included.

The PHP, ASP, Ajax, CGI and pearl not to mention so many other things like Flash, we all have it down.

Killer team. And party at the same time and still........

She really has it like that.

You say Suzy Block has some "environmental concern" with Burning Man, which is utter bullshit, it's no worse than most of what happens anywhere else, but at any rate, she ain't comin'. And the poll shows, we don't care!
Who cares how many "followers" she has? Adolph Hitler had more followers than she has...
And regardless of how enamored with her you are, we don't care a bit and it's no loss to Burning Man at all. How do you expect to convince us otherwise when you don't even really KNOW what BM is like these days? How do you expect to convince her to go when you can't convince yourself to go?

No! no! NO! That's too simple! It's too drama free! It won't work! I can't get free PR out of it! What a horrible idea! A geeft ticket? No way man...it violates one of the core unwritten but fundamental principles of Bunringman that for a project to be successful it has to be prohibitively expensive, over the top, or controversial to succeed. This simpleton idea will never work.

(Me thinks that someone is trying to draw attention to their Web 2.0 version of their e-playa replacement and has found a nice way to get it done! But I could be wrong..it's not like I haven't been before!)

It isn't gonna matter HOW nice the software is, private eplaya replacements aren't gonna take over because they aren't part of the main website, which is how most people find the goddamm thing in the first place.
This board works fine; it's the people that post on it that make it what it is, not the technical details of how it works.

I went to one of her show things, some live internet deal for HBO or somesuch...

We did a fire segment for the show ...

It was at a well decorated loft downtown LA in the garment district. The gig was some sort of situational reality porn with Susan Block as the MC.

It was like a live filming of a Felini inspired B porn movie. The porn stars were all grotesque exaggerations of of Barbie gone wild with plastic surgery being directed by the aged madam with a bluetooth headset.

At first it was interesting; it looked like a regular party with the LA privileged attending in droves, you know, a chance to mingle with the chick rich n famous. Then the show started ...

It kind of went downhill from there...

The realization of the fact that the porn stars that were mingling with the crowd were not wearing braziers with 4 gauge steel cable underwires and that those 40# tits were sub-dermally anchored to their shoulders and not moving ... ever ... was fucking hilarious ... and at the same time made you throw up in your mouth just a little bit ... cuz the girls were actually pretty. Then that made me sad, that they had such a body image problem that they had to endure what I imagine as very painful surgery, just to be happy ...

But I digress ... So there we have the grotesque maidens of porn with too much junk in the trunk, hips too wide and waist too small, the boobs we already covered ... Felini-esque caricatures of the lustful figures finger banging each other under the direction of Madam Phd...

All the while the crem-de-la-crem of LA riche mingled and passed disinterested glances at the Victorian post bed where the action unfolded.

It was clearly the place to see and be seen.

After we did our fire stint, we split. Overall the thing was pretty: Meh.

B-Grade LA Glam Porn! You know, Guns n Roses groupie chicks have found a new home in the porn underground, plastic surgeons in tow.

So, the answer is: No, we don't want her at BM. Bianca's Smut Shack had its time and place and is gone. Plus, she probably needs an entourage of fluffers, suckers and stroakers to attend to her LA Glam celebrity status.

Not attending for "environmental reasons" probably means that it is just a bit too dirty for her out there in the dust ...

I'd much rather see Annie Sprinkle on playa. At least she worked her way up through the ranks of the sex industry.
