hey, hey!

managed to not kill anyone.

it was tuff, tho.

kicked mike out of the room on friday night.

chose my consort for the evening.

had blisteringly hot sex.

took fuckin heaploads of abuse from everyone til i was ready to walk down the aisle.

and the punchline is: we're still not legally married! never got to the courthouse in time to get our liscense. so now we have to go to vegas and get married at the star trek experience.

yay!!!!!!!!!

i've noticed that this is usually the death knell for a relationship.

poly relationships have a hard enough time succeeding when people aren't being convinced to do things they don't already want.

i have a fair amount of freedom in my relationship, but is predicated entirely on my partner having a fairly low level of jealousy. as soon as i even think she might be uncomfortable with something i'm considering, it's off of the list.

keys to making it work, from what i can tell, are absolute honesty, and dedication towards keeping your partner at the top of your priority list.
