Ride Share link needs to be at the top level

Ride Share link needs to be at the top level

In 2003 the ride share link was at the top level of the e-playa section. I foind it once but now cannot find it again. Also when I did find it, it did not have an black rock city airpot section. Please modify?

I believe that the rideshare is not yet up.

Airpots? They want you to buy cafe coffee!
