A suggestion re approach

I made a post on the mods under another [url=http://eplaya.burningman.com/viewtopic.php?p=308752]Topic[/url] I would suggest based on admin experience on other boards.

But first and foremost without any modding required. I strongly suggest that this hold behind the scenes modding discussion take place under forums hidden by groups. Obviously leave a forum open for public discussion, to offer solutions/strategies in such open forums does not make sense.

Also in such a private section the already made mods could be listed so we could see what has not been done.
