No Daylight Savings Time adjustment

I was wondering why my post times didn't jive with my computer's clock (both GMT-8) until I realized -- ePlaya must not be adjusting for daylight savings time. Can that be done or do I have to toggle between GMT-7 and GMT-8 twice each year?

Yeah! Why doesn't it?? I'll have a look and see what I can do. I'm sure someone else has noticed this and written a fix for it.
