My guess (and others might know more) I don't think there will be a lot of tickets released into STEP early. The reason I think so, is it's only been a few weeks since the ticket sale. I think a lot of people bought a ticket even if they think they "might" go. Also, I think others picked up two tickets with the idea they might find someone else that wants to go with them, or they know people who go and might need a ticket. I think it is to "soon" at this point for many to have decided they can't go, or don't need the extra ticket. Of course there are also the people trying to sell a ticket for some extra $,.. if they can't sell the ticket, they can always just get their money back releasing them into STEP (as long as they don't wait to long).

Just my opinion, and you know what they say about that.

* Most Burners (ticketed and non) are not on ePlaya. It just seems that way. There are thousands of registered users, but only a few hundred are regulars.

* Many regular ePlayans were fortunate in either the holiday sale or main sale. Those who had to wait for STEP this year are slightly more confident than last year, having seen all who entered STEP last year get a ticket, and having seen tickets fall out of the woodwork at half price in early August. While no one can say if it'll go the same way in 2013, people are feeling a little better, and more confidence seems to equate less action in the ticket threads.

I'm wondering also, if the request for 1 or 2 tickets makes a difference? Will you get looked over if there is only ticket available and the next person who only needs one will be the next person in line? Also, me and my three friends are all in STEP, and each of us asked for 2 tickets... when in reality we each only need one for ourselves but we thought if one of us gets first in line, we'll just buy two together... is that dick of us??? Obviously if one of us gets to it first, the other will drop out of STEP...
