2nd charge for $1.01??

I'm bumping this. I have a $1.01 charge on my account and no email confirmation and I had an error show up post pricing page(presumably the confirmation page).

Just checked my CC account and noticed a second charge from Burning Man for $1.01? Anyone else have a similar problem?

The original charge of $399.00 ($380 + $7 + $12) is also there as it should be.
I'm doing an errand at my bank later today, but I didn't want to say anything if it is a legitimate charge for something I've missed.

In a prior year that charge reversed after a few days. I believe it is just a check to confirm the credit card is valid.

Yeah, they did that last year when you signed up for the lottery to verify accurate credit card info. But last year you also weren't billed for the tickets for weeks.

I would say, its only $1.01, and not worth disputing if it might screw up your entire order. I'd let it ride for a week or two and then be concerned.

That is an authorization charge. It will drop off after a couple days.
