I entered at 1:03 but have been fooling around on other webpages like I am now or making lunch; the screen goes black from inactivity, when I move the mouse get out of blackness, I have to refresh the page.

(Not sure if not being active at the screen caused my need to refresh or I missed opportunity to buy tix 'cause I was makin lunch?)

Illy, I got in line around 12:00:32. Then booted at 12:13, and then a few more times before going to the "Buy" page. I get the feeling that I did not lose my place in line. (Although it felt like it at the time)

Productivity at work has ended for the day while I celebrate (in my mind).

billybwilde - that's not true, Ticketmaster and LiveNation run into server troubles on high demand ticket on sales all the time, even in 2013. Once you get past 10K users trying to get in all at once, things generally go haywire.

PrpiT - glad to hear you got through! For what it's worth, the ticket/shipping/will call fees have not changed in years.

westnileraven (and any others getting a passcode rejection) - send an email with details of your situation to ticketsupport@burningman.com (include any screen shots/error messages along with your passcode info).

I'm not doing ANYTHING else on that machine after the first crash - just letting it sit and refresh. After almost an hour and a half, still sitting and letting it do its thing. It sure would be nice if I knew (at least approximately) where I was in the queue! Showing me my IP address is not very informative. And here I thought the simplification and lack of price tiers would help! *sigh*

I hit refresh precisely three times throughout. I kept my eye on the timestamp and only refreshed when it crashed to a little page not found in the middle (once) and the stamp stopped updating (twice) I'm in the UK

Entered my code around 12:04. Next page up was only displaying "Please stand by...", the waiting bar, and way at the bottom "Tickets are first-come, first-served.
If demand is high you may not get to buy a ticket. This page will redirect you to the ticket buy page if there are still tickets available when your turn in line is reached."

No other message. No "you're in queue". No time displayed.
Doesn't look very hopeful.

got booted about 15 minutes in, and then again 30 minutes in...
now it's been consistently reloading every 60 seconds and it's 1:42 pm

Help! I started around 12:04 and spent an hour or so waiting (on my ipad, safari) before going on my desktop (chrome) a few minutes ago. Am I starting at the back of the queue again?! And why is this taking so long? Am I the only one getting this problem? The first few posts looks like people are getting their tickets after 5-10mins of waiting!

i just got mine, i first entered my passcode at 12:00:34, never got bumped, and then got to thru at 1:34 PM (what's with the 34's?!).
Piece of cake once I got in...
I think it's funny that they put all the "fine print" stuff, as if anyone is going to spend any of their precious 15 minutes to read it!!!
I hope there weren't any new rules that forbid bringing plush animals or hot pepper shots!
Also odd: I got "in" precisely when I had entered my eplaya password... undeniably just a coincidence, but I was just about to post that I agree, I too was getting very hungry!!
