It doesn't seem like this is really first come first server. People that entered later than me have gotten tickets and I am still waiting. The complete lack of any identification to my place in the queue is hugely frustrating. All I have is a never ending waiting bar that tells me nothing. Hard to say that this is any better than the horrible ticket lottery at this point. At least in the past I knew where I stood in the line.

I've been booted three times now. I don't want to get that "you've reached your limit" message. Should I wait until there's less traffic? If I do "reach my limit" for number of attempts, is that something that's easily correctable if I contact support?

Around 12:37 I noticed that the time stamp below the moving gray bar was frozen at 12:33:54.

Reluctantly, I refreshed the web page on the browser. It booted me right back to the point where I had to re-enter my access code. No warnings or error messages.

SO MAKE SURE THE TIME STAMP IS STILL UPDATING EVERY MINUTE, or you may also have been silently dropped.

Back in the queue at 12:38:40 ...

Sigh, I suppose the nerve wracking ticketing process is part of the burner experience, but 50 minutes in I have a bad feeling about this one.

I was in the queue in the first 15 seconds but after every 12 to 15 or so auto refreshes I get a file not found error and have to refresh the page and put the passcode in again.

Hopefully they have set a cookie to keep my place in line as stated.

So I finally went ahead and refreshed my window, only to have the inticketing window appear with the notice that my session had expired! How could it expire when I never got there? This sucks. I signed in before 12:01 and now I've had to not only sign back in but the connection timed out. At least I'm not alone in my frustration.

And I agree, not knowing just exactly WHERE you are in line is very frustrating!

Page refreshed about once/minute

My AirPort Router decided it needed new firmware somewhere around 12:15 pm <-- thought I would die! <-- managed to hold it at bay, somehow!

Got put into purchase page around 12:15, with 14 minutes to complete purchase

Screen froze up twice because their server was overwhelmed

I just kept reloading the page until I got through

Finished up around 12:25 pm with two tickets. HAPPY CAMPER!

A friend logged in at 12:15 to start the process. Gave up after 45 minutes with no signs of progress.
