Freshly coined words with built-in puns are wondermuss! And I can certainly play with Whollyness for a while -- wholly, wooly, holy etc. But perhaps the wordsmith himself could offer us his personal recipe for his creation? I sense there are depths to this conglomorium I do not fathom.

The Temple of Whollyness will offer Burning Man participants an opportunity to ponder how to become more whole with themselves and the world. An epic central pyramid with an 87’ x 87’ base and 64’ tall, it will be designed with sacred mathematical proportions and constructed using our innovative building techniques. Unbelievably, this majestic Temple will be crafted completely out of geometric interlocking wood pieces that fit together without the use of nails, glue or metal fasteners.

The Temple's name is derived from the idea that spirituality is a balance between three states of mind – to be holy, holey or wholly present. We hope our Temple will be a safe haven for participants to wholeheartedly reflect upon how to live their lives in their divine power rather than letting their polarizing beliefs and the inevitable chasms – the holes in their hearts - lead them astray from joy.

I'm excited. I loved Otic in 2011 (and Gregg's work overall) and thought the Pistil was the perfect piece to go inside the pavilion last year. Otic 2.0 was awesome as well, but I didn't spend a whole lot of time out there.
