How do I view your proposal PDF without installing an intrusive 80mb application on my computer?

You can't. We know it's 2012, but we're all still using Windows XP and were too lazy to do this in any number of acceptable ways that don't involve our users downloading and installing Adobe's spyware on their computer just to view our form. But don't worry, if you're an inattentive Windows user like us, you probably already have it installed on your computer. If you're a Mac user and haven't needed to run Adobe's proprietary spyware reader for the last six years, well, you're in luck - it's free! Just download and install this software that overrides all of your nice system defaults and reports everything you read back to Adobe. If you're a Linux user, well, you're out of luck. Can you even make art with Linux? We don't know. Sorry.
