Beer Stein/Tankard Found G-3:45

Finally unloaded the last of the boxes from BM gear. With that, the bar box. Found is a very nice Beer Stein/Tankard made out of some sort of wood with a pewter inner lay and two gold bands on the outside. Handle looks like it is made out of ivory or bone. There is some engraving on one of the gold bands. If yours, please describe engraving and animal carving on handle. This was left at our camp Friday evening.
