FOUND Motorola walkie-talkie

I'm not up on electronic gadgets, but this seems to be a two-way radio. Motorola. Black and yellow. Found at Elliot's Bicycle Service on 5:00. Has an FCC ID number on the back, starting with K7. Your product documentation should have this number.
Elliot's Bicycle Service and Beverage Dispensary expects to be at 5 & G. Bicycles repaired, loaned and whatnot. Hours likely to vary.
