Truly: metal artist camped with Sacred Spaces?

I don't think he was ever really lost as I never really found him.
I'm looking for a fellow by the name of Truly. I believe his real name is Brian Walter and he was camped with Sacred Spaces. He was responsible for some beautiful hanging sculptures in Center Camp (and also Sacred Spaces).
I wish I'd tried harder to find him to tell him how much I appreciated his art work but I was probably easily distracted by shiny things and dust in my eyes.
So if you know him or of him, please convey that I spent more time with his metal work than I did even at the temple.
