Dark background with colorful polka dots (each dot a different color, making an overall rainbow effect)
There are a couple other identifying details I could give if you think you have it!
I thought I lost the camera in a friend's camp in Barbie Death Camp Village, but since I never found it there it's also possible I lost it just before that, looking at art in interior playa. In other words, unlikely that I lost it anywhere helpful
