Lost iPhone 4 black Otterbox case decompression

I lost my iphone4 at Decompression. It is in a large black Otterbox (old style-that means there is a plastic element to the case and a rubber element to the case that both fit over the phone). The rubber part of the case is ripped where the headphone jack is. I put one sticky jewel on the back of the phone where the apple logo is (it should be there unless it fell off). I would be forever grateful if it was found and returned to me, thanks!
