Someone walked away from my camp (liquid latex lounge) 8:30 between A & Esplanade one morning while wearing the coat I put on him to get him warm. He lived around the 2:30 - 2:45 area I think. I made the coat myself. Faux creamy white yummy soft fur with a string of LED lights along the front closure and back. Mid Thigh length. 3 pockets in front. All held together with hot glue. Runs on 4 D size batteries. 1 S shaped double carabeaner closure at the collar.
