Regarding water pumps for showers or whatnot...I just bought this: http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/p ... ber=G18959

Normally $30, on sale for $10 ending today! It can do 1.35 gallons per minute, and has a pressure switch to automatically pressurize to 60PSI. So you could connect this up to a faucet or spray nozzle, and the pump would automatically turn on when water is being used.

Also grabbed a handy power distribution and fuse board for my solar setup: http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/p ... ber=G18931

That's for +12V, the ground sides are all connected to a standard copper bus bar.

One point .3 gallons pm is a lot of water when you have to haul it..

A 5min. shower amounts 6 1/2 gallon..

It won't force 1.3gpm through a valve or nozzle adjusted to provide a trickle.

Actually, if Danibel wants a custom hat, Kilbuck makes 'em.

Not that I'm shilling for him. Anyway, it might be too much...

I'm screwed because I don't have time to sire a firstborn. Unless there's a way to get something like a payday advance with proof of conception....

I actually got 2 items for BM today. Thanks to Craigslist "Free Stuff" section, I scored 2 bikes for parts but one of them, A Huffy, looks pretty good. I'll probably rebuild that one for the wifey and part out her current one. I should have a pretty good stash of parts by the time BM 2013 rolls around. Hopefully I'll be able to help out some people by having just the right part to fix their bike.

The other item is a 190 CFM fan for my Figjam Bucket Cooler. Draws 1.6 amps at 12 volts. Man, this thing moves some air!

Bought new glasses. "Progressive."

Actually, I don't think I'll take these. I want a regular pair for driving.

Aussies should have an Anzac Biscuit Camp or at least an event with them on playa. (This just reminded me that I still have a dozen biscuits left)

Today I washed my playa bedding and emptied my travel bags. :coffee:

Got my Walkman fm radio today so I can listen to the Brc broadcast while on the playa. Also bought 6 plastic bins to separate clothes, electronics, playa gifts etc. Bought gaffer tape to seal the airstream . Did I say I am already packing? :D
