There is hardly any dust until the gates open. Dust storms are mostly dictated by the wind.

temperature swings of 50 degrees within 12 hours are NOT UNUSUAL.
winds of over 70 mph and dust storms that last HOURS are not unusual.
Last Years NEAR PERFECT WEATHER was REALLY FUCKING UNUSUAL.
so, you better bring more than just wine and cheese to this picnic.
