Missing Black Beach Cruiser

A bike was "borrowed" from my camp at 3:30 C near the porta potties.

It is a black Paul Frank beach cruiser with hot pink fenders and a white basket.
It has a bell that says I <3 my bike.
All of my campers had our bikes together next to our RV and mine was the only one taken.
Please if you have seen it or know anyone who "borrowed" it I would greatly appreciate it.
