Lost Blue Mountain Bike w/Red & Silver Caution Tape Wrapped

Brand: Blue mountain bike with multiple speeds (Might be a Trek but not sure about that).

Description: Dark green plastic basket buggi coard onto back. Frame wrapped in red & silver caution tape. Wire cutter may be in basket. Red light on back side near middle of wheel. If you turn on the light it has multiple blink settings. The handles have green velvety custom made tassels. Seat should have a add on pad on top of it. Lock was either in the basket or on the bike.
