Lost: black bin that contained tools

LOST AUGUST 23 somewhere between Center Camp and 2:00 side of city

Large (16 inches high x 17 inches wide x 24 inches long) black plastic storage bin with top which contained:
Dewalt drill kit (drill, two batteries, charger, bits, carrying case)
Blue handled framing hammer
Tool belt
Other assorted tools (socket set, etc)
Spot light with 12 volt plug
Black patent leather boots, wedge platform heel, lace up outside, zipper up inside
Silver (aluminum?) martini glass
A few other miscellaneous items in addition to the above

These items have sentimental as well as monetary value to me so I would really appreciate being reunited, thanks.
