I'm without the card that I used to purchase my STEP ticket.

I had to cancel the card I used to purchase my STEP ticket due to suspicious activity. The banker told me he needed to take the physical card in order for me to get a temporary card. My name is on the STEP billing info and I have my valid CA ID, so I should be fine right?

On the STEP ticket Q&A, it says that you only need to have your ID and your confirmation number.

I'm probably being paranoid but I just thought I'd to ask to be safe. At many events you need to bring the card you used to make the purchase.

Send an email with your details to Participant Services using the partiserv@burningman.com address, and give them a day or two to get back to you.

Delivery:
Will Call - Order will be held at the venue box office or designated check-in point and may be claimed with valid state or federal issued photo ID. No refunds will be processed for unclaimed orders or patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry.



To me, that reads that all that is needed is my valid ID.. no?

Correct. All that is needed is valid ID + confirmation number.
