I have never, ever received an email confirmation that my tickets have been sent. They just show up.

Why couldn't the ticket people be as compitent as Trilo or Eric.
I didn't get any notification that my tickets have been sent yet..

We got the "Burning Man Tickets Shipment Notification" email yesterday with a tracking number.
Oh and the tracking number is pretty useless.
The USPS site says:
"Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. "

What a trip! I just contacted them again (via email through their website), wondering why I haven't heard anything in a few months, and they called me within two minutes and figured it all out. That was weird.. but it quickly restored my faith in the BM ticket people.
Yay!
EDIT: The guy sounded pretty burnt out on the phone.. like they`ve been working their asses off for a while. I`m pretty impressed with the speed in response during this phase of the ticket mailing process.

Great design as always. Although "Admit one creative spark" is kinda cheesy, ha.

If you click the image enough times you end up on a page that allows you to choose your size. The link you want to use needs to end in an image file (jpg, png, gif...etc)
